Below accounts for 28 (and counting) taxpayer-funded asylum and migration charities. For context, there are over 170,000 charities on The Charity Commission for England and Wales (at the time of writing). Some have ambiguous names like “Praxis Community Projects”, but I know from my research that they are asylum and migration charities.
the ratio of donations to taxpayer money is £1 raised £21.40 taxpayer - in what world is this not a govt shadow organisation while its activities may possibly be charitable its structure is wholly based on govt funding. Just to give some perspective i selected the Salvation Army & the ratio for the last 3 yrs is £90 raised £1 taxpayer!!!! now that is a charity.
Govt grants should be legally limited to a max 1:2 ratio - if you can't raise 1/3 of the money from the public then your work does not have public support!
Our money is haemorrhaging out to those who wish us destroyed. We have created our own living hell.
I am asking Father Christmas for a sniper rifle ....
