Great work Charlotte! We are witnessing something similar to the Marxist Cloward-Piven strategy of the 1960's, to engineer MAXIMUM idiotic spending in the Public Sector to destroy the economy. Much of the waste you see is DELIBERATE, HS2 is such a project, it doesn't make any sense, it's just a massive grift for the people involved.

TPA, great people....but they are so overloaded that their output is overwhelming and much of it is unreadable, it needs to be boiled down to short, punchy inofrmation.
I was writing about this when I saw your note. I volunteered to help them when I worked in the City - not even a response. They clearly had zero effect on the last government which collected ideas from the civil service and beyond on how to reduce waste, but it was buried...I saw the spreadsheet some great ideas and zero follow-up.
