As readers may know, I regularly write about The New Economy Organisers Network (NEON) - an organisation that prepares left-wing activists for TV and other opportunities via its “Spokesperson Network”.
Its funders have included George Soros’s Open Society Foundations, Quaker foundations (the Friends Provident, Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust and Barrow Cadbury) and Paul Hamlyn Foundation (which received £1.4 million from taxpayers from 2020 to 2023) among others.
