Yesterday, Sadiq Khan’s £148k-per-year Deputy Mayor of the Environment, Mete Coban, proudly posted that the Mayor of London had invested £2.9m “to cut bills by up to £15k - backing our schools and building a fairer, greener city for everyone.”
Multiple X users quickly pointed out the very-low payback from this “investment”:
