We need to know what Keir Starmer discussed with the reparations-demanding PM of Barbados
Mia Amor Mottley is driving the calls for reparations, along with the United Nations
Extraordinarily, there has been no coverage of the fact Mia Amor Mottley, the Prime Minister of Barbados, visited Keir Starmer last week.
This followed her appearance at a climate change event at St James’s Palace Throne Room last Wednesday, which looked positively ghastly.
King Charles attended and was treated to displays by the Clean Air Task Force, Clean Air Fund and the Wellcome Trust (which received £105,998,100 from taxpayers between 2020-24)…
… as well as a speech by Ed Miliband (to be fair, King Charles probably enjoyed it).
Ahead of the King’s appearance, Mottley and António Guterres, the Secretary-General of the UN, delivered speeches. You can see them pictured together below.
But enough about this wonderful climate event…
The real question is: what did Keir Starmer discuss with Mottley at their meeting last Thursday?
