Welcome to Britain's "open borders industry"
How the state is funding a Far-Left vision of society

Since I started researching Woke Waste (in late 2023) one of the biggest surprises β out of many β is just how much the Conservative government funded Far Left charities, especially those that support open borders.
Case in point: between 2020-23, the Paul Hamlyn Foundation (PHF) was awarded just under Β£1.4 million from British taxpayers. This is a wealthy trust (so itβs not clear why it needs taxpayer funding anyway) that explicitly believes in open borders.
When I initially stumbled upon the PHFβs funding, I assumed there had been oversight or incompetence on behalf of the Conservative Party β that this was an anomaly. But around a year and a half into my research, the PHF seems like more of the norm in an open borders industry that British taxpayers have had no idea about.
In this piece, I will outline three major contributors to this industry β excluding the tens of billions taxpayers contribute to migrant hotels and international aid.
Charities
Registered charities, like PHF, are perhaps the biggest promoters of open borders in Britain. For instance, Migrants Organise Ltd has received Β£340,000 from British taxpayers (2020-24), and believes that βSolidarity Knows No Bordersβ.
