Why does George Soros want Britain to rejoin the EU?
And does this explain some of Starmer's activities?
Last week Sir Keir Starmer welcomed German chancellor Olaf Scholz to Chequers, where the two men reflected āon the progress made between the UK and Germany in recent monthsā.
Forget the second referendum, Starmer appears to be taking matters into his own hands - and deciding that Brits want to rejoin the trade bloc (thatās when heās not trying to sign Britain up to āreparationsā).
One organisation that will be very happy about this is the Open Society Foundations (OSF), run by US billionaire George Soros (albeit his son Alexander is said to be the main driving force).
Soros appears particularly keen that the UK should rejoin the EU, judging by the numerous Remainer projects funded by the OFS.
