Brabin is a disgrace, "Mayors are the tugboats of change.... blah blah blah ... where no one is left behind", yeah right, no one is left behind, unless they're a schoolteacher in Batley who she failed to stand up for against the braying mob of Islamists, to whom she bent over backwards to apologise for the "offense" caused by said teacher who's in hiding since, fearing for his and his family's life.

It's hardly a surprise that she's popped up on your radar Charlotte, she's just another grifter, supposed to represent people but just does it for herself.

CLIMATE COMMUNISM. COP30 is nothing to do with Climate, everything to do with Communism.

Why are all these mayors there? Ben Pile explains in his blog yesterday - not paywalled so worth reading in full:

I quote a paragraph below:-

“Second, as has been documented here, the local level has been increasingly emphasised by advocates of the green agenda, as the issue has weakened in global and national politics. That is why post-Paris policy interventions have emphasised things like air pollution and Low Traffic Neighbourhood schemes. That is to say that national governments were aware that a national policy of abolishing private transport would be terminal for that party, but local government could attempt much the same without the same degree of risk. All the more so, given the torpid state of local democracy. Environmentalism is an opportunistic infection, and has sought the path of least resistance.”
